The Giddy2School Global Leadership & Innovation Fellowship (GGLF), is an intensive education empowerment, skills, and leadership development program designed to equip underserved youth (ages 18–27) with disruptive education, market-relevant skills, entrepreneurship training, mentorship, followed by a statutory community project either in innovation, leadership, or entrepreneurship–solving a pressing need in fellow’s communities.
Over 3-5 months, selected fellows will participate in a blended learning model using our LMS, combining skills development modules under the soft and hard skills tracks of the organization. Fellows are inducted into the Community Impact Labs, where they conceptualize, design, and launch projects/businesses/innovations addressing local issues, supported by mentorship and seed funding.
