We are deeply passionate SDG-4 advocates with a relentless desire to provide access to quality education, in low-income communities.
While the education advocacy space is filled with advocates who take kids off the streets, our mission is to keep children off the streets and in their schools, with an integrated intensive care approach to reduce the school dropout index and illiteracy rate of Nigeria.
We mobilize, educate, and collaborate with like-minded change-makers to break learning barriers and difficulties between a learner and his actual change in behavior with a giddy approach to pedagogy, for the attainment of quality life.
At Giddy2School Nigeria, we believe that access to equitable quality education and high-income skills is the catalyst for breaking cycles of poverty and unlocking human potential. Change happens when underserved children and youth are given the opportunity to learn, grow, and apply knowledge in ways that improve their lives and communities.
Our approach is rooted in the belief that:
Education is a fundamental right, not a privilege. When children, especially from marginalized communities, gain access to learning opportunities, they are empowered to build a future of self-reliance.
Young people are creative problem solvers. When education is connected to skills development and youth empowerment, it fosters a system of human capital development that drives economic and social transformation.
Technology and innovation bridge the education gap. AI-powered learning and low-cost, scalable education models can help democratize access to quality education, making learning more inclusive and adaptable.
A holistic ecosystem of support accelerates change. Sustainable impact requires mentorship, teacher capacity-building, community engagement, and policy advocacy to create lasting systems of educational equity.
Immediate Change: Children and youth gain access to quality education, leadership & development skill-building opportunities, and mentorship through Giddy2School’s interventions.
Intermediate Change: Increased literacy, numeracy, digital literacy, and workforce readiness lead to higher retention in school, improved career prospects, and economic participation.
Long-Term Change: A generation of self-reliant, skilled, and educated individuals emerges, reducing poverty, enhancing national productivity, and fostering sustainable development.
Communities and policymakers will support educational inclusion efforts.
AI-powered and low-cost learning models will improve education access and quality.
Children and youth, when given opportunities, will actively engage in learning and skill development.
Partnerships with stakeholders (schools, governments, private sector, NGOs) will enhance the reach and sustainability of the intervention.
Our Theory of Change emphasizes our mission to transform education access in Nigeria and beyond, ensuring no child is left behind.
